This puppy/dog is hereby guaranteed to be in good health on the date of sale. Your puppy/dog is guaranteed against death or defect from infectious diseases (such as parvovirus, distemper, etc.) diagnosed within 7 days of purchase date. Return the AKC papers along with a statement from your veterinarian and he/she will be replaced by a puppy/dog of equal value at the earliest possible date.

Your puppy/dog is also guaranteed for one year against genetic or inherited conditions affecting the health or state of well-being of your dog. This guarantee also covers any condition that dates from the pre-natal or fetal state. Simply return him/her with his/her AKC papers and a veterinary statement for replacement.

In the event of sickness or defect, please call for instructions and/or appointment. Depending on tests, diagnosis, and veterinary practitioner, a second opinion may be required. In the event of death, a necropsy may be required.

Limitations of guarantee—This guarantee applies only to the puppy/dog identified above and original purchaser and is non-transferable. Veterinary statements must include a description of the dog (such as breed, sex, age, color, etc.) If dog is not well-cared-for and vaccinations have not been kept current, this guarantee is rendered invalid. Seller is not responsible for neglect or injury caused or permitted by Buyer. Guarantee is also subject to any exceptions or additions written below.
